Successful candidates are entitled to the Member level of membership with the Institute and can use the post-nominal letters of MTPI (previously known as MIRPM) in their professional title.

You are required to be at least an Affiliate (entry) level member of IRPM.

The fee includes the online self-study course and one attempt at the two-and-a-half hour written examination, available twice a year.

Should you require special facilities or support you must make The Property Institute aware of your needs when you register for a qualification. The Property Institute are committed to providing access to all and will endeavour to meet all requests for support and/or provide special facilities to enable open and comprehensive access to the examination provided that sufficient notification is given. Please note that applicants will need to provide formal evidence of independent assessment of their needs where appropriate.
