Fire Safety Guide
The London Fire Brigade has produced a two-page fire safety guide that is free to download from their website, which deals with issues including smoke detection, blocks of flats and smoking. Managing agents are circulating it to leaseholders as a simple reminder of what each of us can do to reduce the risks of fire.
Also available to download is a full landlords and housing providers outlining their legal responsibilities for fire safety.
