The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 came into force on 6 April 2018.
The revised “A guide to landlords’ duties” (INDG285) are published on the HSE website, giving guidance on how to meet the requirements of GSIUR and the 2018 amendment regulations.
